High Court approves Slaman's plea to travel abroad
Its not been even a month after Salman Khan's verdict when he was convicted and sentenced to five years in Jail, in the Hit-And-Run case, The Bombay high court on Tuesday granted Salman Khan permission to travel to Dubai as he had to perform in an award show lately this week. Salman Khan can now travel to Dubai for three days from 27th May - 30th May, 2015.



Salman Khan's plea was excepted on certain conditions and then allowed by Justice Shallini Phansalkar Joshi. Salman Khan will have to submit his passport to the investigating agency within 12 hours of his return from Dubai.



The conditions led by the High Court in which Salman Khan would have to submit the following
1) A detailed travel itinerary
2) Flight details
3) Place of stay in Dubai
4) Contact number
5) Additional security of Rs 2 lakh   
    before the trial court.



Salman Khan is also asked to inform the Indian consulate in Dubai about his arrival on reaching the city.  Salman Khan has also approached the High Court for a vacation bench in his plea, so that he can complete his professional commitments.
