After going through intense media scrutiny recently, Salman Khan has decided to stay away from the limelight for some time. Salman Khan will apparently not promote his home production, starring Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty, or his next, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, to avoid facing the media.
Owing to the recent developments in the 2002 Hit-And-Run case, Salman Khan thinks that media will indirectly ask him about his court hearings and the sentence suspension if he is a part of the promotional activities.
Sunil Shetty (father of Athiya) and Zarina Wahab (mother of Sooraj) has visited Salman last week after the court verdict. Since they have entrusted him with the responsibility of launching their kids, its likely that they know about Salmans decision.
